World Investor Week 2026 – ANMI Investistiya 4.0

World Investor Week (WIW) was observed from 5th to 11th October 2026 as a global campaign of the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) dedicated to promoting investor education and protection. As part of the observances, ANMI organised “Investistiya 4.0” on 6 October 2026 at the NSE Auditorium, BKC, Mumbai, under the aegis of IOSCO and SEBI, with the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. (NSE) as the Venue Partner. The event was attended by K. P. B. Hinduja College of Commerce (Autonomous) and Kohinoor Management School.

Financial Planning Awareness Session

A Financial Planning Awareness Session was conducted for the faculties of Hinduja Junior College on 3rd October 2026 at 2:45 PM. The session was conducted by Yukti Gala (CFP, CFA Level II and Director at FPA Edutech) and focused on the importance of financial planning, savings, investments, and making informed financial decisions. The session included practical insights and examples to help the faculty understand the importance of effective financial planning and long-term financial well-being. The faculty members actively participated in the session and engaged in discussions with the speaker. Overall, the session was well received and provided valuable insights into financial planning and financial awareness.

The University of Mumbai organised a Bhajan Sandhya on 2 October 2026 to commemorate the birth anniversaries of Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri. The event was attended by D.L.L.E. students of Hinduja College along with faculty member Dr. Sheetal Jigar Mody. The soulful bhajans and devotional atmosphere paid tribute to their values of peace, simplicity, truth and patriotism.

Women Health Awareness Seminar

The Women Development Cell of KPB Hinduja College of Commerce organised a seminar in association with Dr Reddy's Lab on Women Health and Awareness 'PCOS'. There was a great interactive participation by 60 girl students. It was an informative seminar session by Dr Pooja Jain and helped by giving clarity about the PCOS condition. The doctor also clarified the difference between PCOD VS PCOS and answered dozens of queries raised by girl students and faculty.

The Students’ Council and Cultural Committee of K. P. B. Hinduja College of Commerce (Autonomous) organised a Campus Dialogue Programme with Shri Milind Deora, Hon’ble Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha, Maharashtra, on 29 September 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the Worli Campus. The programme provided students with an opportunity to interact with Shri Milind Deora and engage in a wide-ranging discussion on the challenges and opportunities facing India, the younger generation and the world. The discussion focused on innovation, growth, technological development, self-reliance and India's progress in defence, space, technology and manufacturing.

Alumni Homecoming 2026

The Alumni Association organised the Alumni Homecoming 2026 on 26th September 2026 at the Worli Campus of K. P. B. Hinduja College of Commerce. The event aimed to bring former students back to their alma mater and provide them with an opportunity to reconnect with their college, teachers and friends. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from registered alumni belonging to different batches. The alumni were warmly welcomed by the students and teachers and were greeted with a rose as a gesture of affection and hospitality. They were also taken on a college campus tour, giving them an opportunity to explore and familiarise themselves with the new campus, including classrooms, computer laboratories, the library, canteen, Gymkhana and other academic spaces.

Hinduja College of Commerce. The three esteemed speakers, Ms. Dipti Humraskar and Mr. Nikit Surve from the Wildlife Conservation Society-India (WCS-India), and Mr. Virat Singh from Asar Social Impact Advisors, shared their valuable knowledge and experiences related to wildlife conservation, environmental awareness, and the role of communication in shaping narratives about wildlife.

A guest lecture on “Social Media Etiquette” was organised by the BAMMC Department on 7th September 2026 in Room No. 26 to help students understand the importance of responsible behaviour online. The guest speaker for the session was Mr. Freddy Singharaj, Head of the Department at Mithibai College and Visiting Professor at NMIMS School Branding and Advertising. He is also a Ph.D. scholar at K.P.B. Hinduja College’s Research Centre in Communication and Journalism. The session focused on responsible behaviour on social media, respectful communication, privacy, consent, and the importance of thinking before posting, commenting, sharing, or reacting to content.

NSS Blood Donation Camp

The NSS Unit of K.P.B. Hinduja College of Commerce (Autonomous), Mumbai, organized a "Blood Donation Camp" on 7th September 2026 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM in Room Nos. 21 and 22, in collaboration with the medical team from Nair Hospital. The drive was organized with the objective of addressing critical shortages in public blood banks, educating youth on the importance of voluntary blood donation, and encouraging civic empathy through this lifesaving act.
