        Comprehensive Health Camp

        4th October,2024

Keeping in mind the spirit of the community welfare, the IQAC Cell provided its support in organizing a
comprehensive Health Camp on 4th October 2024 in the college library along with Alumni
Association. This camp was organized in collaboration with the Saarthi Foundation and the active
volunteer support from students of K.G. Mittal Ayurveda College and N.K. Dhabar Cancer Institute. The
camp successfully provided services like routine blood tests, sugar level checks and specialized
screenings for neck, mouth, and breast cancer. Approximately 70 individuals including students,
alumni, faculty, and staff availed these services to mark the importance of preventive health awareness
within the institution. Such camps help to enhance awareness regarding preventive healthcare as well
as early detection, while strengthening community engagement and alumni involvement.

Capacity Building and Financial Awareness Initiatives for Non-Teaching Staff

        16th December, 2024

As part of its commitment to holistic institutional development, the IQAC of K.P.B. Hinduja College of
Commerce actively facilitated multiple training and welfare initiatives targeted specifically at the non-
teaching staff. These efforts were aimed at improving financial literacy, enhancing professional
competencies, and fostering a supportive and growth-oriented work environment.

On 16th December 2024, a Financial Literacy Programme was organized in collaboration with the
Aditya Birla Group. The session focused on key aspects of personal finance such as budgeting, savings,
insurance planning, and responsible investing. The initiative was tailored to address the financial
planning needs of support staff and was well-received, with 35 non-teaching staff members in
attendance. Participants appreciated the practical insights and easy-to-understand content delivered
by experts from the Aditya Birla Capital team.
