THE LITERARY AND DEBATING SOCIETY
The 17th “Dharam S. Hinduja All India Essay Writing Competition for Lecturers” was organized by
the Literary & Debating Society in 2024-25. A total of 29 entries were received from all over India
and were judged by a distinguished panel of Judges comprising of
• Dr. Chandra Iyer, noted Educationist, Psychologist, Author and Faculty at the Department of
Management Studies, Birla College, Kalyan.
• Dr. Manoj Bhatia, a Management Expert & CPSM. Vice President (Asia Head, Non-IT) at Morgan
Stanley, a corporate trainer and also, visiting faculty at Management Institutes in Mumbai
• Mr. Suresh Mishra, a Corporate Expert & Manager (Global Head) - International Recruitment at
ApplyBoard, is a corporate trainer and expert in international recruitment and placement.
Based on the average of marks awarded by the Judges, the winners of the competition and the
subject of their entries were as follows:
