Screening of ‘Chak De India’Movie
A movie screening of 'Chak De India' was by the department of B.com (Investment Management). The
activity aimed to provide students with an opportunity to explore and understand key themes such as
leadership, teamwork, and perseverance through the film. The screening was noted as particularly
valuable for enhancing critical thinking and application of the film's themes. The course coordinator
also discussed the ‘Tuckman’s Team & Group Development’ Theory and its implication in real life.

Visit to the MCX (Multi Commodity Exchange)
A visit to the MCX was arranged by the department of B.Com(Investment Management) for developing
the knowledge of commodity concepts in the market. It provided students in-depth knowledge on
concepts like derivative market, hedging, and many more.

Screening of the ‘Inside Job’ documentary
A screening of the movie 'Inside Job' was held for the students. They gained insights about the 2008
financial crisis, deregulation, its causes and consequences from the documentary. Dr. Sheetal Mody,
the course coordinator guided students throughout the activity.
