• Other events such as General Meeting promoting academic dialogue and Department Day (D
DAY) are held to celebrate student achievements, cultural talents, and annual department
activities.

• An Academic Orientation Programme is held which is an introductory event for new BMS students
outlining curriculum structure, support services, and skill development pathways.

Tremor (RhythMinds Synergy Fest)

Tremor – ‘An Academic Conclave’ is the flagship event of the BMS Department organized annually. It
brings together students, academicians, and creative minds to celebrate leadership, talent, innovation,
and cultural expression. The 2024–25 edition featured a dynamic blend of pre-events, management
competitions, cultural showcases, eSports, and a meaningful social initiative.

Pre-Events: The pre-events set the momentum for the conclave and encouraged collaboration between
contingents.

1. Contingent Leaders Meet (January 6, 2025 – SHOTT, Andheri): An exclusive interaction for all
contingent leaders to orient them about the event, set expectations, and build camaraderie.

2. Treasure Hunt (January 10, 2025): A city-wide hunt where teams decoded clues at iconic
locations. This engaging challenge combined fun, teamwork, and an immersive experience of
Mumbai’s culture.

3. Social Event (January 12, 2025 – Bandra Bandstand): In collaboration with Aashray Foundation,
students spent an afternoon with children, donated stationery, and conducted art activities,
promoting empathy and social responsibility.

Tremor Day 1: Management & eSports Events (January 27, 2025 – IBS Mumbai & Simply Gaming Café)

The first day of Tremor main event began with an opening ceremony by Dr. Antara Sonawane and Dr.
Jagruti Darji, followed by the grand banner reveal. This was followed by management events at IBS
Mumbai wherein students showcased strategic skills in a series of intellectually stimulating competitions
