A Seminar on Realities of Entrepreneurship and Starting Up

An impactful seminar on the topic 'Realities of Entrepreneurship and Starting Up’ was organized on the
college premises. The initiative aimed to enlighten students about the realities of entrepreneurship and
startups, and ignite their inner entrepreneur. Feedback from students was overwhelmingly positive, with
many expressing newfound confidence and excitement about exploring entrepreneurial paths. The
seminar successfully bridged the gap between academic knowledge and practical application,
inspiring students to view challenges as opportunities and to approach their future careers with
creativity and strategic thinking.
Contingent Leader’s Meet for the UNICORN FEST on January 18, 2025
A Meet was organized on the premises of the college to introduce and brief the Contingent Leaders
(CLs) from various institutions about the upcoming entrepreneurial fest, organized by the E-Cell. With
participation from over 10 colleges and 300+ students, it aimed to promote creativity, critical thinking,
and entrepreneurial spirit. The CL Meet focused on explaining each event in detail including “I Want to
be Unicorn”, Business Scratch-Off, Hinduja Hustle, Flawless, Ambassador of the Year, Archaic
Intelligence, and Deal or No Deal—highlighting how these challenges test business strategy,
marketing, innovation, and decision-making. CLs were encouraged to promote the event in their
colleges, build excitement, and bring enthusiastic participants to experience this one-of-a-kind
platform. The meet emphasized collaboration and community, aiming to unite young minds through
entrepreneurship and turn imagination into reality.
UNICORN 2025 on January 29-30, 2025
The Entrepreneurship Cell of K.P.B. Hinduja College of Commerce transformed its campus into a
dynamic arena of innovation during the UNICORN 2025 event on January 29-30, 2025. This two-day
entrepreneurial extravaganza emerged as a crucible of creativity, challenging students to push beyond
traditional business boundaries and showcase their exceptional talent.
Day 1: Innovation Unleashed
With over 10 colleges participating and a footfall exceeding 300, the event was a resounding success.
The event kicked off with "I Want to be Unicorn", a pulse-racing business strategy competition that
simulated real-world corporate challenges. Participants navigated complex investment landscapes,
demonstrating remarkable financial acumen and strategic thinking.
