K.P.B. Hinduja College of Commerce's
Department of Lifelong Learning and Extension
organized a virtual Hindi Diwas event,
showcasing students' linguistic talents through
poetry and essays celebrating Hindi's cultural
heritage.

Women’s’ Development Cell Seminar: September 27,
2024

A Seminar on Women's Rights was hosted featuring a
powerful mono-act performance by Ms. Alka
Pawangdkar that highlighted women's struggles. The
event served as a platform for raising awareness and
encouraging critical discussions on gender equality
among students and faculty

A Vision for The Visionless: October 5, 2024

A seminar on eye donation was organized, featuring
medical experts who highlighted the shortage of eye
donors in India (only 35,000 annually for 3.5 million
blind people). Students heard powerful testimonies
from donors and recipients to understand the profound
impact of eye donation.

Poster Making for Indian Air Force Day October 6 – 10 , 2024

A poster-making competition was organized to commemorate Indian Air Force Day. The successful
event showcased students' creativity and patriotism while paying tribute to the brave air warriors under
the theme "Celebrating the valor and vision of the Indian Air Force.
