K.P.B. Hinduja College of Commerce

As we celebrate the momentous occasion of our 75th year in education through
Smt. P. D. Hinduja Trust, I am delighted to reflect on a journey that has transformed

K. P. B. Hinduja College into a beacon of educational excellence. This Platinum
Jubilee is not merely a celebration of our past but a reaffirmation of the legacy
established by our founder, Shri Parmanand Deepchand Hinduja, whose

philosophy “My Dharma is to work so that I can give” continues to guide our
mission of service and nation-building.

This year has been graced by the distinguished presence of the Honorable Vice President of India, Shri
Jagdeep Dhankhar, lending profound gravitas to our commitment to a “Viksit Bharat” by 2047. In
alignment with this national vision and the National Education Policy(NEP) 2020, we are actively

implementing a student-centric architecture that prioritizes innovation and flexibility. True to our
founder’s belief that education must be practical an dadapt to the times, we have introduced forward-

looking programs in high-demand fields such as finance, business administration, digital marketing,
and climate finance.

We place a strong emphasis on experiential learning through internships and interactions with
corporate practitioners, supported by dedicated soft skills programs. To ensure our graduate sare
industry-ready, the College has organized rigorous training sessions to enable them to secure

placements in reputed companies. Yet, our vision extends beyond academic growth; we encourage a
deep sense of social responsibility through initiatives like the National Service Scheme (NSS) and

community engagement programs in partnership with NGOs. Through immersive field projects, our
students acquire an understanding of contemporary social, economic, and business issues,
empowering them to develop creative solutions to the same.

I would like to commend our students, our nation’s demographic dividend for their resilience and
achievements, and I urge you to embrace the Honourable Vice President’s counsel that“education does

not end upon graduation” but is a lifelong journey of continuous learning. My deep appreciation goes
to our dedicated faculty for driving this transformation with integrity and innovation. Let us continue to
uphold our motto, “Character is supreme,” as we nurture the next generation of leaders.
