Orientation Programme – 12th July 2024

The academic journey of the first-ever batch of B.Com Logistics & Supply Chain Management began
with an Orientation Programme on 12th July 2024. Students were introduced to the department’s
vision, curriculum structure, and the immense career opportunities in logistics and supply chain. Faculty
members warmly welcomed the students and motivated them to excel in their new academic path.

Guest Session – Marketing of Start-ups by Ms. Richa Jaggi on 29th July, 2024

On 29th July 2024, an insightful session on “Marketing of Start-ups” was conducted by Ms. Richa
Jaggi, CMO, Awshad. She shared practical knowledge on branding, digital strategies, and customer
engagement essential for emerging ventures. Students gained real-world perspectives on building
innovative start-up ecosystems.

Session on The Art of Storytelling – 30th July 2024

A Creative Communication Session on “The Art of Storytelling in Presentations” was held on 30th July
2024 by Mr. Omum Siddiqui. The session highlighted how storytelling enhances clarity, impact, and
audience engagement—skills vital for future industry professionals.

Friendship Day Celebrations – 5th August 2024

The Department celebrated Friendship Day on 5th August 2024 with joy and enthusiasm. Interactive
games and activities helped students bond, creating a welcoming and friendly environment for the
freshmen.

Freshers’ Party – 8th August 2024

The much-awaited Freshers’ Party on 8th August 2024 featured energetic performances, fun contests,
and a ramp walk that showcased the creativity and confidence of the new batch. The event truly set the
tone for an exciting academic year ahead.

Independence Day Celebrations – 15th August 2024

On 15th August 2024, the department celebrated Independence Day with patriotic zeal. Students
marked the occasion by distributing food packets to the needy, embodying the values of empathy,
service, and social responsibility.

Fun-Filled Ice-Breaking Session – 30th August 2024

A lively Ice-Breaking Session held on 30th August 2024 encouraged teamwork, collaboration, and
